Lebanese belly dancer Dina Jamal. The song in this performance is called "Kamel al Awsaf" originally sung by legendary Egyptian singer Abdul Halim Hafez although here it is sung by someone else. It is one of my most favourite songs. "Kamel al Awsaf" can roughly be translated as "the one who has perfect qualities". In other words, the perfect woman.
