Second Hiking Trip - Zikra Initiative

Organized by Zikra, 20 enthusiasts participated in a hiking journey at Al Ghor's Seil Weida3a on Friday May 16th, 2008. The trip's proceeds (JD 400) went to the benefit of Umm Khaldoun & her family in a form of a loan. With the loan, Abu Khaldoun will launch a business through buying sheep, watch them breed, sell them, buy more, and so on. With that,Umm Khaldoun will have a sustainable business that will help her work her way out of poverty. Thank you to all who participated in changing the lives of Abu Khaldoun and his family.
